Version 1.11 of Amplify includes bug fixes, improvements and new features to the system.

What’s new in 1.11

Copy Paste

You can now copy and paste nodes within Amplify. We have added quick options to the top of a node, when you hover over it, and you can also find all the in the ‘More’ menu, when the node is selected.

You can paste a single node in all allowed places for that node type, while multiple nodes (a node and its children) can only be pasted into empty conversations or at the bottom of a tree.

Click the plus on the canvas, and see the ‘Paste nodes’ option, when you have something in the clipboard.

CRM Connector - write back

CRM is a extra paid extension to the Enterprise plan. Contact out to our Sales team to hear more about it.

We previously added the feature to be able to fetch and use data from a CRM within Amps. To continue improving on this feature, it is now possible to also send information back to fields within a CRM.

Simply add the CRM storage value to for example a question node, and when the user selects one of the answers, the value will either populate or update the field within the CRM.

Form plugin

We have build a new type of plugin, which enables developers to build forms within Amplify. A form can contain the following field types, and fields can be configured as required or not.

Other notable improvements

This release introduces a couple of different improvements to the amp insights:
- We have added additional user metrics to the insights page, so you can now see the bounce rate for your amp.
- We have added tracking to card nodes, so clicks on links are now being tracked.
- You can now export all insights data as a JSONL file. You will find this option in the export popup on the Insights page. This file contains all tracked information, which makes you able to analyse the data more in-depth than the measurement we show on the Insights page.
Message and question nodes will now automatically be in typing mode, when adding a new node, which means you can instantly start typing after adding these node types.
